Meet the dynamic SDO of Ranchi – Shri Bhor Singh Yadav !!
Bhor Singh Yadav, name is enough, SDO of Ranchi who knows the value of loyalty. He himself follow rules and regulations and make others follow it too. Ranchi is in safe hands. It can be said that his work is reflection of our former cool captain MS Dhoni’s captaincy. Let’s have a look towards proof of this straight statement.
Bhor Singh Yadav, IAS 2014 batch, a cadre allocated in Jharkhand. On 31st October’ 2016, after training, he got transferred to Gumla. On 6th December’ 2016, he got posted to Khunti and now he is serving Ranchi. His wife Anjali Yadav is also an IAS Officer and posted in Jharkhand.
Ranchi is blessed with a brave and honest SDO (Sub-Division Officer), who is fighting and struggling against corruption and he his dealing it with calmness and smartness. He is utilizing his power in progressive way against corruption and terminating its root that might grow in future.
He is an off screen Nayak – “The Real Hero”. On duty, he disguises himself and acts like a common man with govt. officials. There are many cases that he resolved by dressing as a common man.
The way in which he worked on 8th April’ 2017 shows the smartness and dedication towards his work. He came to know about misshapen going on in court premises. He went to court, putting a towel around a neck and was also wearing sleeper, typically as a local guy, asked vendors for the stamp. Vendors didn’t recognize him and replied rudely. He asked vendors for 10rs or 20 rs stamp. Everyone refused by saying that they don’t keep stamp which cost below 500rs and asked for amount double to its original value,otherwise.”You will get here a 10rs stamp at 50rs”, said, vendors.When SDO gave 100rs to one of the brokers and asked for the stamp. Broker bought him a 20rs stamp by taking money five time of its original value.
Above mentioned short story of our hero proved to be a disaster in vendor’s life. So readers you are just one line away from knowing his action.
He made a bold decision. He suspended and cancelled the license of all brokers and vendors with the help of his team. Few respectable names of his teammates are are IAS Anjali Yadav, Registrar Rahul Kumar Chaubey, Executive Magistrate Rajesh Kumar.
On 10th May’ 2017, another story of excellence registered in golden pages of history. He raided against an illegal trade of sand in Nagri, Ranchi. He stopped a tea rendered service in govt. offices and asked to serve Daal and Bhaat (Rice and pulse) instead of tea. Even he has removed a tea stall from Vidhan Sabha (Assembly) and Sachivalay (Secretariat).
Team Lion Club of Ranchi Capital met, a dynamic SDO, Shri Bhor Singh Yadav and welcomed him, also discussed how a civil society can help to administration in the matter of law and order.
It’s not been a year since he has been given charge of Ranchi and has already won hearts of public. He is focusing on basic level crimes as we all know that those crimes are base of high level crimes. People are praising him for his dedication towards his work while on the other hand some of them are praying, waiting and making effort into his transfer.
Undoubtedly he is man of action and brave decisions. We should encourage and support Bhor Singh Yadav. These Officers are hard to find!
